Hi there! My name is Phillip Poynton and I am Recruit Directions. I'm not a recruitment agency but an independent, qualified and experienced recruiter on a mission to bring back consultancy to the recruitment industry. With a background in coaching and teaching, I started my recruitment career in January 2007. I have since introduced over 600 candidates into various roles ranging from entry level to senior management and head of departments.

My approach to recruiting is bespoke and tailored specifically to each assignment, thus introducing quality not quantity. I am a qualified recruitment practitioner (CertRP) and my company is a Corporate Member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC). You can be assured that you are dealing with a professional who is serious about recruitment standards and who operates ethically.

I'm an enthusiastic networker and promoter of great businesses and talented professionals. Bringing both parties together is what I do, and I do it extremely well.
